Horror films and action films have different 'rules', you can't really compare them any more than you can compare a comedy and a thriller.

Earlier I compared horror films and 'torture porn' with action films and the ultra violent kind and how they each have their fans.

You also said you wouldn't watch torture porn...

I'm not arguing at all; I'm sorry if you see it that way. I was just continuing a debate I find interesting. I didn't mean to offend in any way, and if you don't wish to continue then by all means retire.
