I can't bloody wait for this film!

I loved Spaced. I enjoyed Shaun of the Dead, but as I have never been a fan of zombie films (they are just too gruesome for me) I know I missed a lot of references and its appeal was limited. Hot Fuzz, however, was brilliant - clever, well acted, visually dynamic, had a great story, and was very, very funny.

I'm intrigued as to how the world will be ending ... alien attack? Meteorite? Earth-based geological disaster? Or something completely different?

Can't wait for the trailer.

And now it's just been announced by Edgar Wright on Twitter that the release has been brought forward again to July 19th.

Shaun was good, Fuzz was brilliant, I'm not impressed by the trailer for this, I'll go and see it but something tells me it's going to be a step backwards from Fuzz, more in keeping with Shaun.

That's your opinion, Shaun was ok, but not as good as Fuzz IMHO, so if they produce on a par with Shaun it's a step back IMHO, personally I think it looks unoriginal, but I'll still be there.

Loved the film. Thought it probably fits in between Shaun and Hot Fuzz in terms of quality. Interviewed the guys the other day to chat about the film.
