Quoting from imdb >>>

"I really liked 'Moon' when I first saw it. But now I read that it was probably copied from Eutamnesia, an indie italian movie.
Here's the comparison video:

I'm kind of angry with Duncan Jones right now as from what I understood he never mentioned Eutamnesia before and bragged Moon's story as his own."

Please, not stupid comparisons about quality: obvious, "moon" had budget 5.000.000 of dollar against a low budget student movie

Moon wore it's influences on it's sleeve. I don't see the comparison you are making here...

Side note... how did Duncan Jones come across a foreign student movie to be able copy it? I don't see any trace of it existing before 2012, never mind 1999.

yes it's little bit strange this potential connection between the movies, but I'm very curious and I start to show on forums not italian. In fact, I'm italian and in italy this issue starting to spread, so I've found this actual proof:

- in following forum, specifically at point 73, seems the eutamnesia's director Rizzi shows his proofs in some links where every one can see the dates of web-pages (about 2005), and every links talk Eutamnesia is born in 1999.

- plus, eutamnesia had an internet distribution for sale in vhs support and was projected and sent in some indipendent filmfestival

This may be a language difference, but could you be a bit more careful in making absolute accusations of plagiarism? In this country that would be libel.

I've edited your posts in this regard.
