George Clooney is Walt Disney, who 1952 announced plans to build Disneyland (With Epcot Center standing for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow). And throw in some aliens for good measure!

...this is clearly about bonkers Belgian dance festival Tomorrowland. Every year they do a DVD to celebrate the event - I guess this year they're throwing a bit more money at it. Plus, everyone knows that Clooney loves his dance music. FACT.
