The 85th Academy Awards are nigh upon us, taking place February 24th, being hosted by Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane. The full list of nominations have also been released, and I thought I might have a go at predicting the winners.

Below are my predictions, and below THAT should be YOUR predictions in the comment section. Person closest to actual results gets extra brownie points and an Oscar for Best Predicting the Oscars.

Best Picture: Lincoln
Best Actor: Daniel Day-Lewis
Best Actress: Jennifer Lawrence
Best Director: Steven Spielberg
Best Supporting Actor: Tommy Lee Jones
Best Supporting Actress: Anne Hathaway
