I'm trying to think of a logical reason why the other thread was locked and, for the life of me, I can't. Can someone help me out?

Anyway, paul, no I haven't blocked you. Frankly, I can't help but think that there's something vaguely pathetic about a grown man blocking another grown man from saying nasty things on an internet forum.
