"I want to show you what I wanna leave future generations."

So begins one of the greatest projects of our time - Glenn Beck's Independence, USA.

Designed as a libertarian commune built on the values of America's founders, Independence, USA will have no streets ("we're going to remove the concrete and replace it with grass"), will have jobs for everyone ("why does everyone have to go to an Ivy League school?") and will be built on the truth of the great American nation ("Before you send your kids to college...you spend a week with us, we're gonna tell them exactly, we will show them THE TRUTH, we're gonna tell them what they'll try to do, and we'll deprogram them EVERY SUMMER if you care"). It will have a movie studio, a lake "bigger than Disneyland", numerous monuments and, the piece de resistance, a "giant sunlight collector and emitter at night" that exposes "a rare manuscript library [where] we will keep the things and the ideas and the papers that TELL THE TRUTH." It is truly a gift to human society.

Glenn Beck is astounding at times, he really is. My favourite was when he compared the victims of the Norway shootings (The Worker's Youth League) to the Hitler Youth.

I'm most looking forward to how he combats people questioning whether his stringent (and shit-awful) zoning requirements is reflective of the kind of true free market libertarians hold dear.
