I feel slightly responsible - when I first started buying stuff online I used to randomly flit between Play and Amazon for years then for some reason I just gravitated towards Amazon and stayed there. I think it may have been something as trivial as trying to make an order on Play and getting in a bit of a radge because the page was taking too long to load up. Sorry, lads.
(Though I think the scrapping of Low Value Consignment Relief may have played just as significant part as my impatience and bad temper).
