I don't think I saw many horrors this year. Let me think...

Sinister
Paranormal Activity 4
The Possession
Resident Evil Retribution (I think they still count as horrors?)

Out of those...yeah, I think I'd go with Sinister, though I didn't really like the ending.

The Possession wasn't too bad. I thought the main girl gave a really good performance and it had some nice jumps but it was a little predictable.

PA4....well, it's the same thing over and over again, though I did like it better than the third one. It was nice to have new characters, and I did like the main girl. There was a nifty little addition to the night-time filming too (SPOILER!!: The x-box kinect motion sensor was clever, I thought, though I'm not sure why it was always on) Another disappointing ending, though.

The Cabin in the Woods probably, didn't find it scary but it was a great movie none the less.
