ORIGINAL: kumar Wow, I was really frustrated by it all, I found the wall paper pattern more interesting. Having said that though, lately most of the mythology type films have been a let down. Clash of Titans was wholly terrible bar the giant scorpions and I couldnt get beyond 15 mins of the sequel. The golden oldies proved that they can be done, but lately they seem a bit soulless. It wasn't spectacular in regards to the story or characters, but it did feel like one of those oldies you mention - back when they all the rage - just with more violence, ass shots and bollock hammering. :) I've have a fondness for fantasy films at this time of year and I'm always glad to see one that is better than those SyFy movies like The Jabberwock or Danny Glover's Moby Dick Dragon Movie - which it is... It copied too much of the style of 300 though with the slow-mo. Plus, I wanted another look at Cavill before Superman. I need to find a movie that required him to act though.
