You don't agree with the Academy very often, do you?

I'm probably being silly, but why is Were-Rabbit adapted screenplay and not original?

Working under their rules, anything that's based on previously created material is considered an adapted screenplay. That includes films as well as books/plays these days. That's why things like Toy Story 3 were nominated for adapted rather than original screenplay.

Ouch!

I don't care that I''m being insulted as well, Rebel doesn't deserve that!

Ok, I tried posting a smiley face twice, and both times after the message was posted it said the thread had been deleted. But it let me post the test post where it now seems like I'm calling Gimli weird.

We've noticed already that one fallout from the stuff Empire IT is doing that one word posts (and single smilies) don't seem to be working. Homer added it into the problem thread for them last night.

Ah, ok. Explains it.

I was worried people would think I was calling Gimli weird. Because that never happens...

Ah, that explains the same thing that was happening to me in the Doctor Who thread, then.

I was just trying to laugh at Girv. Because he deserves it.

It's kind of baffling tbh - the one thing spam posts aren't are one-word posts.

Y'know, I think me bumping Kanal up a mark was a decision made too rashly.
