 Well, not really watching them but I used to keep some films running again and again as background, sometimes clippy stuff like Natural Born Killers, but mostly films with both strong moods and musics like Tetsuo the Ironman, The Falls or Wisconsin Death Trip. Some films just make a wonderful ambiance.

Its just been moved to the £1.99 "Bargain" bin (Still overpriced!)
Surely no coincidence that "Vampires suck" and "Van Helsing" , 2 of the worst films i have ever seen are together on one shelf. All you need is "White chicks" or "Jack & Jill" and you have the worst night in ever!
How can anyone possibly defend a film that has Kate Beckinsale in a variety of ridiculously tight/eye poppingly low-cut outfits and is STILL shit????

Once Upon a Time in the West.

I loved my new DVD so I thought "I'll just watch the start again" except I just kept on watching. I had the longest slash afterwards that's ever been had by a sober person. I actually asked my Dad, who knows his stuff about housey stuff, how a toilet works 'cos I was wondering why the bog wasn't close to flooding after my epic effort. It was like Tom Hanks in that film about war time women's baseball. Anyway. Cracking film. And long. Very long.

1. Whistler or whoever took the photo, lifted copies off the shelf to take the photo
2. Whoever bought them, the film was the last choice in the 5 for £30. Every time.

Four people who love Van Helsing does not make it a great film. Especially not when one of those people thinks Battleship is the best film of 2012

Sorry Don, I really tried to enjoy Battleship as a big dumb blockbuster but in the end I just found it incredibly dull and I find it sad that a fine actor like Tadanobu Asano goes from making excellent and interesting films in Japan to receiving bad roles or really small bit parts in Hollywood.

I think that's the only time I've done it, I remember watching Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist and then watching it straight after with the commentary.

 Star Trek: Nemesis.

Not exactly back to back but i saw it at an early evening showing the saturday it opened.I liked it so much that i went to see it again that night about six hours later.

Same for True Lies.Remember seeing that the day it was released and and saw it again at the next showing about an hour later.
