ORIGINAL: mclane1 i have noticed in more and more action films these days jumping and generally bouncing off shit without injury seems to feature heavily. die hard 4.0- jumping and falling out of buildings and bouncing off shit the craig bond movies- full of jumping and bouncing off shit In fairness to Skyfall, the film does establish that Craig's Bond is merely human, vulnerable and is capable of being badly injured. Incidentally that's one of the many reasons why I love Craig as Bond: He comes across as a vulnerable, three dimensional character. Die Hard 4.0 is a strange one, because there's scenes establishing McClane's vulnerability and tendency to get badly hurt, but then Len Wiseman has him doing superhuman stuff despite being badly hurt earlier in the film. Die Hard 4.0 is all over the shop in terms of character development and structure, but I actually kinda enjoyed it.
