 Don't know if this falls under the same banner but I hear Kermode got some unbelievably vitriolic flack for daring to champion the Twilight films. Why do people care enough about this to troll some guy who actually likes these films?

Also: people who drone on endlessly about Daniel "Blonde Bond Bouncer Thug" Craig being wrong for the role and the stupid cunting gun barrel being in the wrong place.

I think critics cop a lot of hate in general, let alone liking bad films. Some of the comments on old Siskel and Ebert vids on Youtube are horrific. I don't care how much you don't like someone or their opinions, making fun of them for having cancer is fucking awful.

 On the bright side it is no where to the level it used to be. I can remember about four issues I purchased and then never bothered reading other than scanning through because it was about 80% Star Wars.

I would rather watch The Transformers films then Twilight any day. Don't always agree with Kermode he does go over the top to much. The Cancer jibes are stupid.

 As everyone knows, Evil Dead 2 is awesome. However, the Evil Dead 2 Bluray is shit. Stick to the DVD.

 Christopher Nolan bum-kissing. Can't stand it. The guy makes ok films, but hell some people are just nuts.

Also, writing that reminds me: My second fanboy gripe is not being able to write something like that /\ /\ /\ /\ without someone calling you a troll. Saying something honest that contradicts another persons views is not always trolling. Fanboys have a problem understanding this.

 It is more about presenting a valid debate on why he is not good/is good which makes it trolling or not. Often people just say "He is rubbish" and then will not elaborate on why he is or vice versa support someone without having any rationale on why it is "sooooooooo good".
