Long story short, our TV aerial came away from the chimney stack on Tuesday. Considering having a new one put up in the loft instead of on the roof. We're less than 10 miles from the mighty mendip transmitter, so, if it's in the loft, will we likely pick up ALL the freeview channels, or are we looking at possibly not getting some of the ones with the weaker signal? The engineer who removed our old one seemed to think we'd pick up everything, but, as he was only there to take the old one down from the roof (it was hanging precariously off it), he didn't do a reception/signal strength and quality test in the loft.
