Even though it's true that this won't surpass RAIDERS as the contender for 'the greatest action-adventure film ever', CRUSADE is still one of the most memorable films I saw as a kid and the brilliant chemistry between Ford and Connery was the highlight of the film. I also like the way the film ended in a personal way (according to Spielberg) rather than an action-packed way (like spirits coming out a box, a chase leading to a bridge or...shudders, the revelation of Inter-dimensional beings). Last, but not least, the ending shot were Indy, his father, Marcus and Sallah ride off into the sunset truly did felt like the end of the saga.
