ORIGINAL: Thomcaptcha I've always thought do it as a prequel, go back to a young John Hammond setting up the Island. See all the errors he made first of all before we see the final park. love that Idea!!!! But that means tragically horrific genetic freak failed experienents an no running amok, doesn't it? Why not prequelise it even further back, and even though it's historically wrong, have a small band of people trying to survive in a world where dinosaurs already exist, after their tribe, searching for somewhere to settle happens on a dinosaur infested pocket of a country, beyond some mountains, that, and the absence of food sources explaining the (relative) absence of the creatures in the place they left. The tribe could speak English, to make it simple for storytelling, and the 'gambit' for how people react to dinosaurs is not 'ooh, I love dinosaurs...oh shit, I'm lunch!!' but some wonder, then terror, on the faces of people who have no frame of reference for what they are seeing at all. Job done ;-) Human/dinosaur hybrids are bullshit, they were bullshit in the game Turok: Evolution and seeing them in a film, even if done well, would mean (for me at least) an idea I've already felt to be bullshit for years, so wouldn't really bother.

Yes, dreamers dream and doers do. But if dreamers DON'T dream, doers don't have anything TO do. Everything that is only here because people exist, only exists because someone thought of it., or in other words, dreamed it.
