 What do I have to do. Who decides. When is the recruitment/election.

My credentials:

- Current unofficial assistant mod.
- Achieved over 3K in posts.
- Sleeps late unlike other mods, so can patrol past midnight.
- Will work for free.
- Very strict no spam, no advertising policy.
- Memorised 'Forum Rules & Guidelines' and printed a handbook version of the contents.

 A mod can block people but choose not to because they have to be fair and equal to all.

Isn't there already a thread by vad3r ike this? I'm experiencing deja vu,here.

Oh and my credentials-

- Achieved over 12K in posts.
- Can patrol past midnight.
- Fully appreciate that it is a non-paying gig
- Very strict no spam, no advertising policy.
- Very rarely been in trouble with the Mods
- Don't go on about being something in particular all the time or how I want to be a Mod
-Basically.....I'm not Vad3r.....

 I would guess that a requirement fror mod-hood would be the ability to discern whether someone is a superbly talented troll or just seriously misguided with an astonishing lack of self awareness. I can't do that so I couldn't be a mod.
