Not bad dialogue, but the best bad guy speeches and ones liners!

"If God was a villain, he'd be me."

"I am an exceptional thief, Mrs. McClane. And since I'm moving up to kidnapping, you should be more polite."

" Ah ah. You lay another finger on me, I burn the house down and piss on the ashes. "

You could probably do a whole thread on just Shooter McGavin if you wanted too!

The Joker: Don't talk like one of them. You're not! Even if you'd like to be. To them, you're just a freak, like me! They need you right now, but when they don't, they'll cast you out, like a leper! You see, their morals, their code, it's a bad joke. Dropped at the first sign of trouble. They're only as good as the world allows them to be. I'll show you. When the chips are down, these... these civilized people, they'll eat each other. See, I'm not a monster. I'm just ahead of the curve.

Khan:To the last, I will grapple with thee... from Hell's heart, I stab at thee! For hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee!

Sheriff of Nottingham: Locksley. I'll cut your heart out with a spoon.

and finally..

Dark Helmet: So, Lone Star, now you see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb.

I'm not going to post the whole thing here, but Michael Park's homophobic screed during his sermon is chilling and brilliantly written.

Possibly the best dialogue Kevin Smith has written in a long time.

Yeah, that was a great scene, if incredibly disturbing.

Deacon (Waterworld) : "Don't just stand there, kill something!"

I imagine DiCaprio will have loads of great villainy lines in Django Unchained.

Hudson Hawk was pretty shit but it had some good villainous dialogue:

I'll torture you so slowly, you'll think it's a career.

Listen, Hawk, this might be hard to believe, but I'm just a regular Joe. I just want to be happy. And happiness comes from the achievement of goals. It's just that when you've made your first billion by the age of nineteen, it's hard to keep coming up with new ones. But now, finally, I've got myself a new goal... World domination!

History, tradition, culture... are not concepts! These are trophies I keep in my den as paperweights! The chaos we will cause with this machine will be our final masterpiece!

Seeing as I've been talking about the film elsewhere, I was reminded of:

If we're going for Gruber lines, surely the best has to be '...so he won't be joining us for the rest of his life.'

Just remembered this great speech from Loki in The Avengers. After all his false smiles and mocking taunts, he suddenly turns deadly sinister.

"No, I won't touch Barton. Not until I make him kill you. Sowly, intimately, in every way he knows you fear. And when he wakes, he'll have just enough time to see the work he's done, and when he screams, I'll break his skull. This is my bargain, you mewling quim!"

(Lifted it from IMDB, might not be exact)

I'd agree with that.

"And if you say a word of this to anyone on the radio then the next wings you see will belong to the flies buzzing over your rotting corpse!"

For starters...

Some alright dialogue in that flick actually!

Oh and Dan Akroyd's character in Grosse Pointe Blank.
