Not bad dialogue, but the best bad guy speeches and ones liners!

 I'm not going to post the whole thing here, but Michael Park's homophobic screed during his sermon is chilling and brilliantly written.

Possibly the best dialogue Kevin Smith has written in a long time.

Yeah, that was a great scene, if incredibly disturbing.

I imagine DiCaprio will have loads of great villainy lines in Django Unchained.

Hudson Hawk was pretty shit but it had some good villainous dialogue:
