I was just reading an article on Neil Armstrong (RIP) and it said that his ''One small step for a man...'' quote was one of the most famous of the 20th Century. Got me thinking, what are the others?

It was a planet for 76 years and then one day in 2006 some scientist decides he doesn't want to call it a planet anymore?

That is not exactly how it worked. A dude didn't just have a hissy fit and decided he hated Pluto or anything. It was once thought that there were around 15 planets in the solar system, things change, that's just the way shit works. They are constantly learning and discovering new things. Science! It's fantastic!

And it doesn't matter anyway, you didn't even know what century we are living in......

It was discovered in 1930 and has been classified as a planet since 2006.

Well, no, 2006 is when it lost its status as a planet. Keep up with your own argument, Vad3r.

As time went on we discovered more and more about things. When technology got better we discovered that Pluto is too small to be considered a planet. It is smaller than our moon, so Pluto itself has been downgraded to a moon. Again, that is how shit works. Remember, it was once thought the earth was flat. Just because it was in a book once, no matter how long for, doesn't mean it's true or circumstances can't change.

For consideration only, I'd still go with Neil Armstrong.

A lot of Christians wear crosses around their necks. Do you think when Jesus comes back he's gonna want to see a fucking cross?

Funny, what is exactly what I thought of you when you posted this-

Winston Churchill.

For consideration only, I'd still go with Neil Armstrong.

Funny how one can misread things on an internet forum.....
