Congrats on finishing another list.

Goodfellas and Groundhog Day are both great.

Thanks, I'm hopefully shaking the reputation of starting and not finishing lists. Top 100 comedy performances next.

Are they the only two you liked?

The Straight Story - 6th favorite Lynch joint

Twin Peaks - Best Lynch film EVAH!

Goodfellas - Made of awesome. Now go home and get your fuckin' shinebox.

Rushmore - Really the only Anderson flick I can watch repeatedly.

The Thin Red Line - I have seen precisely two Mallick flicks: this one and Tree of Life. Line is good from what I remember.

Only ones I've seen from your last five.

Creatures?

Yep. I can never remember which Three Colours I've seen.

Lost highway is the best of the nutty Lynch films.

Safe is amazingly good. Love it.

Sweet Hereafter's very good. Not seen The Thin Red Line since it came out to buy and it's the weakest of the three Malick's I've seen. Love Trees Lounge, can't remember much about Smoke, Fink's ok, don't like Under The Skin, Rushmore;s good.

Long Day Closes is lovely, The Straight Story is Lynch's best so I'm not happy that Twin peaks is higher Joe's great, Quick Change I think I liked, Porco Rosso sucks, Wallace and Gromit is 12 places too low, Whisper Of the Heart is that rarest of things - a good Ghibli, Goodfellas < Dances With Wolves, Only Yesterday is that even rarer thing - a great Ghibli, I feel like Phil Connors whenever I see Groundhog Day and I really want to see a lot of the others, especially Naked.

Both are amazing.
Thin Red line is next for me to watch of Malick.

What are New World and Tree of Life like? I've heard mixed on both.

On this list. Not seen many of the top twenty or so.

Goodfellas is amazing as is Wallace and Gromit.
Like Groundhog day but not a massive fan.
I'm also going to get Drunken Master II as I've been meaning to watch an old school Chan for a while now and this seems to be the best one.

Straight Story is good, so I'm letting this one go.

At least you didn't say Dune > Twin Peaks

Wrong Trousers/Close Shave are some of the best shorts ever made
Goodfellas is alright, but I prefer Casino
Groundhog Day is fucking awesome

I should really get round to watching the top two!
