One of my favourite moments is in TDK is when Joker sends the video of himself taunting the 'wannabe' Batman into the news studio

His voice change when he says "LOOK AT ME" scares the shit out of me no matter how many times I see it. Absolutely terrifying

The above is not my favourite scene, but a cracking one nonetheless. The sudden change in tone scared to shit out of me.

When Scarecrow first uses the fear toxin. Absolutely brilliant scene.

Batman Begins - Batman calling in the bats when rescuing Rachel. That was the moment when I thought "Yeah, this film is pretty darn good."

The end. Anything with Gordon and Batman really.

The Dark Knight - Anything with Gordon. Oldman stole the movie.

Also the moment when Bruce decides to give up being Batman and he has an exchange with Alfred going something like "I'm going to tell them the whole thing was your idea."

Batman Begins - "Swear to me!!!"

The Dark Knight - "Eject sequence initiated"

The Dark Knight Rises - "Oh, you think darkness is your ally. You merely adopted the dark; I was born in it. Molded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but BLINDING!!"

"*sigh* Would you like to see my mask? I use it in my experiments..."

I forgot how much I love that line until I watched Batman Begins again the other week. Crane says it so nonchalantly that we immediately know he's not only corrupt but he's as crazy as his patients.

The Dark Knight
"From one professional to another, if you're trying to scare somebody, pick a better spot. From this height, the fall wouldn't kill me."
"I'm counting on it."
Drop! Crack!..."WHERE IS HE?!"

And the following (pasted from IMDb):

Salvatore Maroni: Look, if I tell you, will you let me go?
Two-Face: Can't hurt your chances.
Salvatore Maroni: It was Ramirez.
[Two-Face pulls the coin out and cocks his gun]
Salvatore Maroni: [panicking] But you said...
Two-Face: I said it couldn't hurt your chances.
[flips coin; good side]
Two-Face: You're a lucky man.
[flips again; bad side]
Two-Face: He's not.
Salvatore Maroni: Who?
Two-Face: [buckles seat belt] Your driver.
[He shoots the driver in the back; the car goes flying off the road]

That film gave us Eric Roberts' best non-Sharktopus-based performance.

The Dark Knight Rises
Pretty much any scene with Bale or Hardy, but I was amazed at the confusion on Bane's face when he tells Batman that he never escaped the prison, leading to his realisation that Batman's "rise" was based on a lie (much like Batman's / Gordon's "victory" throughout the last eight years).

I'm sure a SPOILER alert will be needed...

Now that Nolan has completed his trilogy, I have decided that this is my favourite moment from all three films:

Batman's very first appearance from Batman Begins:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-7QsBWWpA0&feature=related

I remember feeling 'yes! at last they got Batman right!'. The ferocity, the anger, the fear. Perfect.

What about all of you..?

this, as much as i love the films he was never proper batman again

Bruce Wayne: You're vigilantes.

Henri Ducard: No, no, no. A vigilante is just a man lost in the scramble for his own gratification. He can be destroyed, or locked up. But if you make yourself more than just a man, if you devote yourself to an ideal, and if they can't stop you, then you become something else entirely.

Bruce Wayne: Which is?

Henri Ducard: A legend, Mr. Wayne.

I thought Rises did the more light hearted moments better than the previous two, but in particular I loved it when Bats rescues Selina and they have a brief chat on the roof. Something distracts Bats and when he turns back, she's gone..."So, that's what that feels like". I really loved that.

After seeing it again, I think the Bane vs Batman fight may now be my favourite scene from all three movies. It is brilliant. It's been mentioned before but there are moments when it feels like Vader stalking Luke in Return Of The Jedi. Bane's dialogue is great and Hardy fucking nails it. People have said Bane isn't as much fun (in the sense of it being fun watching bad guys tear shit up on film) as Joker, but there are times during Rises that Hardy really nails Bane and really gets across a sense that Bane is having fun with what he's doing - his speech outside Blackgate "I return this city.....to you", cooly executing his henchmen and sending his body off after Gordon. Two examples where Hardy seems to inject something into Bane that isn't just intimidating, but adds a sense of character to the cold badass that Bane is. There are a number of other times too. Fave Bane moment? The gentle resting of his hand on Daggett's shoulder..."Do you feel...... in control?". Superb.

TDK: The scene between Gordon and Dent after Rachel's death, when Dent screams "SAY IT!!" Makes me jump every single time, it's a wonderful piece of character work, shows how Dent is dead and Two-Face has arrived.

TDKR: Been said already, the Bats/Bane fights, both underground and on Wall St. Some of the best cinematic fist-fighting I've ever seen. Also gotta love Catwoman's "You tell me."

Particularly "ooh! Now we're talking!"
