My best mate is heading to London to work for Team Ireland at the Paralympics in August.

He's working in the online communication end, he is currently puttingt together promo packages for the site and is hitting a bit of a brick wall in terms of music.

I have pointed him in the direction of the usual (Coldplay, Snow Patrol) as well as some personal tastes (EXplosions in the Sky, Sigur Ros) but does anyone else have any suggestions?....What tracks get your heart pumping that bit faster when played over sports footage?

OK, maybe not the vibe your friend will want but this does cook up brilliantly, and it's one of my fave songs even though it will strip the flesh from your face
