Mine will be mainly British and Japanese and noir.

Although I'll probably be crap and flake out 2 days before the deadline, start pleading for more time and spreading tales of my list uselessness.

Again.

Also, I predict no film in Gimli's list will be longer than 8 minutes.

I can't pass a decade like this, if only to cheer on the Japanese contribution.

100 OK?

Since i've missed the 70's i'll try and send a list for this. It'll probably have to be a top 50, just checked by listology account and i've only seen 120 from the 50's.

Sure. I'm not sure if this one is being extended as far as the 150, but 100 is fine.

It just hasn't been discussed as yet, so I wouldn't want to jump the gun on it. I'm fine with it being 150 if TRM is.

2 queries then

Samurai I - III - 1 entry or 3?

Apu trilogy - 1 or 3?

I'm happy with Wajda's war being separate.

Also, no problem with an Alastair Sim top 10, no?

8.99 on Amazon used and new. Is it worth it? I like the other Honda films I've seen, but not seen that one.

If we're counting things as one does The Human Condition count as a 50s entry since the first part was 59?

I've excluded it from my longlist as the work wasn't complete in the 50s. I think of that as one piece too.

I think the votes might have to be two parts of Human Condition for the 50s with the last for the 60s. That's how we worked it for Histoire (s) du Cinema on the 80s list, so it's probably going to be the same here. I don't know if TRM feels strongly in the other direction, but that was the way we started things.
