Clint Eastwood, Harrison Ford and Halle Berry all first appeared in movies where their characters could not fly airplanes (Eastwood in Magnum Force, Ford in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, and Berry in Executive Decision), and then later appeared in movies which they could (Eastwood in Firefox, Ford in Six Days, Seven Nights, and Berry in Die Another Day).

Janet Leigh goes to an American motel for comfort in Touch of Evil. Gets in some good practice for encountering nutters in motels.

Some of the replies in this thread seem to be more 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon, than unitnentional foreshadowing.

Leonardo DiCaprio appeared in a version of The Man in the Iron Mask; Christoph Waltz appeared in a version of The Three Musketeers.

Both of them appeared in Django Unchained, where Waltz asked of DiCaprio, "I wonder what Alexandre Dumas would have thought of this?"

Are these "unintentional foreshadowings" or tenuous links?

There's a reference to American slavery during the "Twenty Questions" scene in Inglourious Basterds which is probably intentional foreshadowing of QT's next film...

11:50 minutes into the criminally neglected Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang, Michelle Williams peruses a shelf with a book called "Thor" on prominent display - Robert Downey Jnr's future team-mate in The Avengers.

Pixar are all about this with tons of examples:

-Boo carrying Finding Nemo "Nemo" Toy

-Huggy Bear in childrens room in Up.

Slightly , but isn't Boo the little girl at the end of Toy Story 3?
