 Please no Dredd, last time with Dredd the cover was awful, this movie is probably going to be 2-star rating, one cover is enough. Total Recall is in August issue, so I doubt it

Yeah they have been known to do that but its quite rare. The most recent example I can think of is Tintin.

 if its for a winter preview i'd guess at The Hobbit - thats the biggest release i can think of and probably 1 of the most eagerly anticipated . unless they go for Twilight as it has got a huge fan base

Wouldn't be surprised to see a winter preview, and given the lack of cover material coming in the next few months it probably will be the hobbit. They'll have to start using 2013 films soon though they can still do Jack Reacher and Django Unchained before the end of the year.

Would love to be proved wrong, but after the Man of Steel teasers, I don't think there is a cat in hells chance it will make the cover. With a teaser that slight, Waner Bros are obviously going to play their cards close to their chest for a little while longer. Maybe in a couple of issues time...

Yep, unfortunately we had to embargo, the copies are being mailed today (rather than before the weekend as usual), with Royal Mail estimating that (the lucky) 2% will get theirs tomorrow before it hits the shops, 90% will get theirs on Thurs, the official on sale date and regrettably 8% will get their copy after Thurs.

We hate to have to do this, and on most issues subscribers do get their issues early, but when a studio offers us something meaty we'd rather risk copies arriving a day or so late than not being able to give you that coverage at all.

So there you go, there's a chance that it may arrive late but you've got a tasty exclusive to look forward to.

That's absolutely fair enough. I wouldn't want it any other way. It's just so frustrating on those few occasions when you can see the magazine on the shop shelf before yours has landed on the doormat. The villains are Royal Mail. Their prices rise and rise yet their service gets worse and worse. No apologies to any postmen reading this.

Mine turned up this morning. Looking forward to reading the articles on Dredd & Nightbreed.

Is it just my copy, or is the print quality quite poor in places, especially in the last third of the mag? Most of the pics look quite washed out & low res in the Re.View section.


On the plus side, I got the spine quote for once!
