The book's ending didn't feature a fight of any kind, they just stood around talking. So it's nice to see them just turn it into an action-fest instead.

Spoiler alert!!! If you don't know the ending to the books and don't want to know then read no further - be warned!
In all honesty I loved the last twilight book but when I read it I thought that it would make a bad film because of the ending. In a book you can get away with an anti-climax (visually) because there are so many details in writing. However, with a movie the ending would be very poor if the final battle just didn't happen. Imagine the whole build up through out the film to a huge battle between the Cullens (et al) and the Volturi and then.... everyone just walks away and goes home - No fight!
As much as I loved the books I would accept some changes to make for a more interesting and visual movie, especially the end.
This trailer looks great so far though :)
