Hangover had some great laughs and Man With Two Brains is one of my favourite comedies along with Martin's The Jerk.

Life Of Brian
Annie Hall
Sleeper
Airplane
Naked Gun
Team America
Oh Brother Where Art Though
Abbott And Costello Meet Frankenstein

Airplane,
American Pie 1 and 2,
21 Jump Street,
Anchorman,
Dodgeball,
but the cream of the crop absolutely has to be Porky's.

The shower scene in that is just fucking hilarious.

Anchorman is still the funniest film I've ever seen. It genuinely gets funnier with each viewing.

I'd probably go more for an old classic. Something along the lines of Chaplin's; The Great Dictator or Lloyd's; Safety Last. I don't really watch modern comedies to be honest and try and avoid the usual rom-coms etc, that perhaps fall into this category.

The Hangover was unexpectedly hilarious (bar the little chinese man in everything) and the laughs escalated through the roof during the credits- I really felt like I was part of the group and in on all the jokes by the end,

The funniest ive ever seen is Trains Planes and Automobiles. I tried to get my friends to sit and watched it but everyone was bored before Steve Martin had even got to race Kevin Bacon for a taxi. TPA is the best comedy.[/font]

Planes, Trains and Automobiles
Absolutely agree!
The only film i have ever seen that as soon as it was finished i rewound (1987 days of VHS) and watched again.
Hilariously funny and heartbreaking at the end.
In a word - Classic!

Another one I return to once a year or so is Arsenic and Old Lace, it takes a while to get going, but once it does its madcap from then on; just full of great moments throughout.

Watched The Blues Brothers again the other night, for about the 100th time.
Still absolutely hilarious, the comic timing between Ackroyd and Belushi is so well done, added to all the straight musicians playing it for laughs, I'm struggling to think of such a brilliant ensemble fusing together so well. It must have been a riot filming that.

I'm going to have to go with Airplane!

The jokes that hit ratio is incredible.
