The name Miss Desjardin comes from the book. King really does love a French name in a small Maine town.

Good bit of casting, interesting to see how this plays out.

As a big fan of De Palma's style and his 70's classic of King's novel, I am pretty sure that this won't be a patch on his version! Again there is plenty of old shit horrors or sci fi that need a remake, i.e King's Silver Bullet or the truly dire more recent Dreamcatcher, that are in more need of a remake than a perfectly good classic that doesn't need one!
