In my humble opinion I must say that the game is one of the most underplayed games ever, it is beautiful to look at astonishingly exciting to play. It's also hugely cinematic, which leads me to two conclusions: 1. It would make an excellent film if done properly. 2. What's the point?
I wish them all the best and really hope they stick to the soundtrack of the game because it's just unbelievable.

I couldn't agree more evildave, it's excellent. I have recently re-played it again on PS3 and it still holds up remarkably well. The sense of wonder and dread in equal measure of what you're doing throughout the game is so compelling and really drives you forward for the hours you spend at it. The ending will no doubt be changed for the film but I wish them all the best!
