Christ, where to begin.

1. Lay off the misogynism. You know what happened to those "good ol days"? Society moved on, or at least tried to. I suggest you try to play catch-up. One more rant like this and you'll see why bannings are a one way door.

2. You do know that a lot of those "whipped" male leads are actually written by males, don't you? And aren't the vast majority of doors two-way, in that you can go in and out?

Michael Bay could learn a thing or two from Joss Whedon about female characters.

My respect for Whedon sky rocketed when he criticised the film Captivity and its marketing campaign.

I thought the four leads were male. And then 1 of the next 3 (if you add Fury), female. And the male villain. With his male scientist sidekick.

That makes one secondary lead female out of 7 characters. I'm not really getting the rant, tbh. Are we adding Cobie Smulders to overpower the argument in favour of - well, still the multiple male leads that appear up front.
