Harking back a bit (this thread moved very quickly). I think Girv just about summed up not just a problem in this thread, but lots of Off Topic threads of late. There's a tendency just to post pictures, gifs and emetic and contribute very little else (not to mention wave after wave of pointless quoting just to add a smilie or the word 'this'). While the topics might not be all high brow stuff, it doesn't mean that we can't make a bit more effort actually up the standard of chat beyond the basic and communicate better, and yes, even move away from the mum jokes. Where's rick when you need him?

It's not my type of thing either (I managed to get over my James Cordon hate in recent years, so didn't need to vent), but even the discussion over the past few pages is better than the 'X is a Twat, Y is a Twat, here's a picture to prove it' stuff.

No. Please answer, in a minimum of 300 words (no upper limit)

a) Why you think he's a twat
b) Have you met or can offer any proof to validate twatness beyond personal response
c) Can you identify any redeeming features that he can work on to improve himself
d) At least one scholarly quotation in support of your argument, with Harvard referencing.

Don't Start Me Off. A website where people basically pick a series of easy targets and rant about why they hate them. Usually by saying they're cunts or twats, or in the case of Josie Long, "Mongcunt".
