This is probably a stupid question, but where do you guys find good quality movie posters ? Everything I find is horribly horribly pixellated.

I think they're all over the web.. just Google the poster you're looking for and look through the Images tab. for me, i'd choose images that are more than 400 pixels (width) and above. that should be good enough..

I use www.movieposterdb.com. It costs a small amount to get credits, but you get access to a broad range of high res posters, including textless ones, which is very handy for topics like this where you will need to edit the titles.

If you are stuck for ideas, the links to search most popular posters by year of release are quite handy, as is the random poster link

Other than that, try advanced searches on your preferred search engine and select a minimum pixel size for your posters. Most of the ones I use tend to be about 2000 x 3000 or something in those brackets. Hope this helps (I'll repost in the hints, tips thread)

Laz. Google Image search. You can filter on large image sizes, in the left hand column. I try to find the largest possible image, work my 'magic', then reduce to a manageable (in my case usually 600px high) size for posting.

A quick 'Cry Baby Poster' image search brings up some large available images...

Also IMP Awards has hundreds of posters usually at good sizes.

Thank you for your tips.
I did try google search, but wasn't able to find a good quality version of this specific poster (I didn't want the other one). But in any case, that's my default search protocol.
On the other hand, extremely high quality probably won't do me any good, I don't have the skills to go with that. But I will learn, with time. I hope.

And here's another one about my master above all masters.
