Hmm, slightly disappointed with myself this time - I only got 17 right on my first pass, given the subject I expected to get most of them quite quickly. I have to say, there's at least a dozen that are on the tip of my tongue though *L*
So, here's clues for the ones I have so far:
1: Next time someone asks you if you're a god, you say YES!
2: Seriously?
3: Miss Shelley (sp?) would have been proud of this spoof.
5: One of the first sci-fi movies, and probably the only one you've heard of. Giving it away totally - think of a large city.
6: I learned to stop worrying, did you?
7: What you can see is a male alien scientist wearing high heels, stockings and suspenders and a corset, doing one of the best performances of his career so far.
8: Will you buzz off out of here, I'm trying to teleport!
9: A waterlocked place full of animal experiments.
10: The original Jekyll & Hyde comedy - remade with a famous smart-mouthed actor, which spawned a dreadful sequel.
12: A sixties TV series used to try n' boost a certainly friendly face into lead feature film roles.
13: PIIIIIIIIIGS IIIIIIIIIN ...
15: A film about the biggest organ of your body.
16: The birth of 3D.
17: A superhero movie without superheroes.
18: You'll never need to wash you clothes again! It's about someone wearing something of a certain colour.
19: Is that bomb made of rubber???
20: The Twins join forces again and tackle gender issues.
21: Another remake about simians.
22: A great cult 80's film from a book written by one of horror's founding fathers. It spawned 2 sequels and I suppose it could technically be classed as a zombie movie, kinda *L*.
23: You won't see anything of this scientist that she doesn't want you to, how super.
24: One of the Twin's more dodgy movies. Is it chilly in here? Watch out for that Ivy!
25: One of Diana Ross' songs.
26: Another remake of a classic film about the universe telling humanity to stop f**king around and start being nice to each other.
28: Grafting DNA is never a good idea, did you not learn anything from #35?
29: The last Greek man gets remade with monsters.
30: It's always midnight somewhere...
31: Ziggy plays the father of AC and gets to meet Wolverine AND the Black Widow AND Batman AND even Alfred!
32: Scientists get dumb and sharks get smart
34: "Great Scot!" A film featuring Einstein. The first of an absolutely classic 80's trilogy.
35: Damn frogs, "Nature always finds a way" says an expert on chaos theory. Another one with Mr Jackson copping it.
36: The children have some size issues darling.
37: Salute that flag soldier! Hoo-ah!
38: The billionaire playboy.
39: The baddie from Nic Cage's wizardry film gets his many hands on New York.
40: The cutting edge of CG at the time (see what I did there? eh? no? ok, hopefully you will when you get the answer, but it's a stretch at best). The sound of every phone in the world ringing at the same time shall announce his success.
41: A great sci-fi spoof with a plethora of stars. We come in peace. ACK ACK! AAACK ACK ACK ACK!
42: That's Q. It's an early one of the series.
