Aren't the rights for both still with Fox?

I always felt the Fantastic Four would be difficult to do, the first two films were fairly mediocre and the action scenes were completely forgettable. Hopefully any new writers will take some tips from the Avengers (which I haven't seen YET but I hear is awesome) on how to make a team movie.

Not really bothered about Daredevil, I liked the original purely for Colin Farrell, who took the right approach and just had fun with it.

Both Fantastic Four movies are utter shite. Daredevil was a bit bland and never finished the DC. Still though, they should provide some escapism. I would be up for a reboot of either.
