I was so so so excited to go and see this. Then the trailers for Prometheus and The Dark Knight Rises came out.

Anything's better than watching Tobey Maguire bawling his eyes out at every turn! I have to admit to getting a little tired of Spiderman, but this look's very interesting! I hope they forego all that mushy sentimental crap and concetrate on real kickassary!

I just wish they would do The Green Goblin as an actual Goblin and not some guy in a stiff, crappy plastic mask like Willem Defoe's.

Green Goblin isn't in this film but I do agree that If the goblin does feature in a future sequel, then they need to distance themselves from Defoe's portrayal, possibly using Motion Capture?
