ORIGINAL: DazDaMan I have absolutely no love for The Incredibles, Ratatouille, or WALL-E. WALL-E was good..for about 20 minutes. All of this WALL-E hate.. it hurts my soul That's because you have a soul. People that don't like Wall-E have no soul... Funnily enough, I rate Ratatouille and Up as middling Pixar movies. Up has the best opening of any of their output, but loses its way a bit (still really like it) and the Rat movie I used to hate, but have warmed to it. Just didn't grab me as much. In terms of Disney animation (not Pixar), they had a phenomenal hot streak in the 90s, with Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin (my favourite) and Lion King. It's been great revisiting all of these with my little girl (we're working our way through all of the Disney Animation Studios movies at the moment. Some of their recent output has been really good too. Tangled is great fun (if incredibly derivative, but that's for another thread), Princess and the Frog is decent, Meet the Robinsons is under-rated and the newest Winnie the Pooh is just charming. Even Bolt and Chicken Little have their moments... Hopefully Wreck-It Ralph will be be as good as it looks.
