I'm still not sold on this yet. I love Pixar but this just doesn't look or feel like a Pixar movie. Yes the landscape is beautiful (come on it's Scotland.) but the characters all look like that of a Dreamworks cartoon instead. They look far too cartoony - I'm aware of the irony of that statement - and just not what I've come to expect from Pixar. Not to mention the story is so generic. A girl who wants to defy expectations, who doesn't want to be a girly girl and wants to prove herself strong and capable...that's practically trademarked by Disney. I'll hold my judgement until I see it, but it's the lowest expectations I have of a Pixar film since Cars.
