Starring Kyle Machlachlan, Sheryl Lee and Ray Wise. LOST HIGHWAY – Featuring an incredible cast, LOST HIGHWAY is a powerful, sensual and extraordinary experience. Special Features: - Four Intervalometer Experiments: Steps (03.38) / Dining Room (02.55) / Groper (00.18) / Sunset (06.03) - Six short films: The Darkened Room (08.16) / Boat (07.16) Lamp (30.20) / Out Yonder – Neighbour Boy (09.38) Industrial Soundscape (10.20) / The Bug Crawls (04.12) All of these are being released or re-released individually on the same date. Woohoo! Well I still have not kicked and screamed myself into the Blu Ray age so weren't be getting it anyway, but judging it, it seems a mixed bag. Eraserhead is must for any die hard Lynch fans, althrough I already have the short films, but I guess the documentary would even things out. Dune is his weakest film and does drag the release down a bit, not that any Lynch film isn't worth seeing mind. Blue Velvet has some very good special features which are not on my origianal DVD copy and the film itself is a masterpiece. Wild at Heart is another one of his best films which takes things in a different direction, not much special features wise there. Lost Highway I like, but the features are so-so. Overall it seems worth getting.
