Yes - he's like Sid James meets Dumbo; but a fine actor and ideally suited to what Fleming describes; if the rumours are true about long-needed humour, then, like Goldfinger & The Spy Who Loved Me before it, the third time may be the charm. Two quick additions; 1) William Boyd will only say that his new Bond novel is set in 1969, so it is hardly a giant leap to suggest that the Moon could be involved. 2) Have read the comments of the person who allegedly saw the Bond trailer; it may indeed be a fantasist, but the description sounds/feels/imagines exactly right, and suggests; 'A Casino of Solace'.
