It was like our own Empire Online "Cat in a bin" moment, who knew it would grow into something so big, and has become a much loved/derided meme?

That fucking lamb pic was the least funniest thing that has ever been posted in this forum....the conversation that followed it, however.....

It's still not funny.

I just watched a documentary about how they put ships together. Riveting.

That's funny.

I had a kitten when I was a kid, and the kitten was poorly and suffered for a long time before dying.

That was funnier than a lamb saying fuck.

Did I also mention that kitten said "Meow, meow, squeak"? Which roughly translates as: "I must now pass from this mortal coil into the great hereafter. But fret ye not, oh kind sir, for the pain will stop and I will live forever in your mind and in your heart".

Again: funnier than a lamb saying fuck.

The stray cat we adopted, she squeaks every time she meows. It's the most adorable thing.

Yeah, joking aside it's bad when a pet dies. Dogs and cats probably have more heart and soul than any human does. : (

Let's hug it out, bitch.

Thanks and yeah, it's going to take me a while to get over the image of finding her body. It's not a nice feeling losing a pet, as you well know. It's now just me and my other cat, who is a big fat cuddly doll who wouldn't hurt a fly.

I've got two in Britain, one we had since a kitten and a stray we adopted. I have family looking after them while we're away. And now we have one in Philly too. And she's preggers, so kittens as well. When we're back in Britain, they'll be with the mother-in-law. And then we're going to be doing what we need to move back here full time, and flying over our two U.K. kitties.

I found my cat outside last year - first proper loss of a pet for me (fish don't count because they're rubbish ). Thankfully my other (16 now) has promised to live forever.

Yeah, I found my Willow lying outside in the rain at about midnight, it was horrible.

16 is a damn good age for a cat, may she/he live up to their promise

I'm too scared to try it but it looks a right laugh on Breaking Bad.
