I've seen it, it's very faithful to the original although the animation is a bit- 'blah'. Plus, the version I saw has no big name voices, it's all actual voice actors, which is awesome.

According to Wikipedia, the UK voices are-

David Tennant as Top Cat
Robbie Williams as Choo-Choo
Dominic Cooper as Brain
Dominic West as Benny
Jonathan Ross as Spook
Matt Smith as Fancy-Fancy
John Hurt as Officer Dibble
Naomi Watts as Trixie

Which sounds bollocks to me. At least, I bloody hope it is. I can't find anything else online to confirm this, so hopefully, it's just someone fecking about. Maybe Elegy can enlighten us as they saw the trailer

Here is a clip from the US dub- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q0ljWFe0BiY

He's still a con artist.

Plus, It wasn't 'mysteriously' called Boss Cat on the BBC, it was done so because there was a famous brand of cat food called Top Cat at the same time the show aired in the UK
