Hello!
I'm having problems with the internet renewal of my subscription. First it didn't take my promotion code and now it's having problems with the card number. We have tried to renew it about five times. With the direct link from the e-mail and with the information from the letters. I just doesn't work. It can't be that the buyer and the recipient aren't the same person that's causing all this trouble? We've renewed the subscription many time this way and this is the first year when it doesn't work. I know the infosmation and codes are correct since we've tried to pay it now so many times. Any clues what it could be?
