Break Stuff is in the only Limp Bizkit song I like...2 and a half minutes of 2 chords and pure rage. Other than that they're pretty lame.

Two supremely awesome songs right there.

I'll be surprised if there's enough votes going in to get 500 distinct entries, though, given the difficulties in getting votes for albums threads. Can this not be re-posted in Off Topic as well to get more traffic?

It's not going to need that many lists to get that is it? Anyway, we can always change the 500 if we don't have that number, or have more when we get the results.

It doesn't take much at all to hit 500. You might have a lot of ties, but you should make the numbers easily. The first two lists posted on thread seem quite different and mine is very different from both, so you've got at least 250 - 300 already.

The Day I Tried To Live and Spoonman made my shortlist, but since about 300 other songs also made my shortlist they got cut. I'd have The Day I Tried To Live in my top 150-200 though.

I don't know, is that not kind of ruining the surprise of what may make the final countdown?

I will say that there is no '80s metal in my list, balancing it out with indie and '80s pop.

Good Vibrations – The Beach Boys
Beetlebum – Blur
