I think Angelina Jolie will win again in the future. She's still too stunning (eye of the beholder I know) to be taken in all seriousness unless she uglies up like Charlize Theorn in "Monster." But Angie's making all the right moves, production companies, forays behind the camera for serious work, still doing the odd actioner to support her passion projects.
She's also a brilliant actress - y'know "The Changeling"... "Salt"... "The Crap one with Johnny Depp"... think what you like of the overall product, but her performances were great in all these (even the shit one with Johnny Depp).
