Anyone on here having a "Title not available" message everytime you try to watch something on there? I know they changed from Flash Player to Silverlight recently but I don't think that's the cause of the problem. Its been like this for days!

It's working okay for me. Just downloaded District 9 to test it and there were no problems.

I've not experienced it for a while but it used to happen to me. I tried watching Harry Potter 7 (part 1) and it just wouldn't play for ages.

I wasn't pleased

(it played eventually though)

Great, now videos stream but keep buffering after 5 seconds and the audio's messing up!

I haven't had any problems with them, I send a film back and the next one is despatched quickly. I was on the �5.99 a month package but I'm gonna upgrade to unlimited discs for �7.99 (with this you get instant too.) I don't know how they can afford to do this, they must have a great deal with the post office

I never buy films anymore because:

A, Most of them, I never watch again and...

B, Even if I do it's not for months (might as well just rent it again.)

Around �14,99 per film (new releases) vs �8 a month (unlimited) err no brainer.

I swear I don't work for them

As for instant, everything plays fine, maybe your internet connection is too slow?

It's fine now. It was my computer. Trouble with the fan heating up, had to take it apart and clean it.

Hi I had a question related to Lovefilm and didnt know where to ask it, seeing as this thread is already here I thought I'd ask it here...

So in January I signed up with Lovefilm in their 3 months for the price of 1 deal so thats �5.99 from Jan 3rd - April 3rd. After these 3 months are up I want to upgrade my subscription to the unlimited - �7.99 package I was wondering when should I make the change do I do it the next day on April 4th or do I have to do it in advance in March sometime, Im worried that changing the package in March I might be charged �7.99 for this month?

They charged me �5.99 to upgrade. So I paid �5.99 at the end of Feb (for march) then on the 6th �5.99 to upgrade, my next payment will be April 6th (�7.99.)

If you don't wanna be charged for a part month you'll have to contact them and ask them when you should change.

They charged you to upgrade?!???

I was on �9/99 for 1 disc at home and unlimited streaming,if I remember correctly. They upgraded it without charge for �9.99, 2 discs at home and unlimited streaming.

Does anyone know why Oldboy is no longer available for streaming on Lovefilm?

I know it used to be because I've been meaning to watch it but kept putting it off. Typically, now that I've planned on watching it tonight the damn thing isn't on the streaming service anymore.

It must have just happened - it was on the front page of Lovefilm instant in the last few days and the title for the page still says watch 'online'. It isn't just Park, Korea or Tartan Extreme as Sympathy for Mr Vengeance is still OK. Perhaps a licence just ran out?

Typical, what a pain in the arse.

No bother though, I can easily borrow it off a friend but it's just sods law that after putting it off for so long that the damn thing disappears when I want to watch it.

They have. Then sent an e-mail in August to warn that this was going to happen. They said it would be back eventually, but they're upgrading the site or something and have had to take them down.
Personally, this isn't a big deal for me. I think it's a con to charge people for a subscription and then charge extra to watch movies.

Guys, decided to cancel my Lovefilm account. I've had no problems with the service but I got Sky in November 2011, and between the new films on that, and the new films the regular channels are showing, I have more than enough to keep me occupied, not including the sport, which I got Sky for in the first place, and the TV series that I follow-in fact, I've had a disc that I've only watched half of (not got round to watching it fully), and I've had it since June, and I'm on a 7.99 package! So you can see why I want to quit. My next payment is due in just under two weeks.

Two things though-apparently they're buggers when you ring up and try to cancel, so has anybody had experiences with cancelling, and is it possible to cancel online? Apparently I read someone did cancel online (outside office hours), but it was a post from the internet dated 2011, so it may have changed.

Secondly, I still have that aforementioned disc...if I send it back now, they'll most likely send me out another one by the time I've cancelled. I'm supposing I should wait until I ring and cancel before sending it back, but apparently someone did this too, and they were still sent a new disc after they had cancelled their subscription!
