Think less Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (which will be kind of serious) and more Black Dynamite and you have FDR: American Badass.
For such a ridiculous film, it has some decent actors in there: Sin City's Barry Bostwick (as FDR), Bruce McGill, Ray Wise... um... Kevin Sorbo.
