if you got 90 to spend then fine but some would love to get blu rays at a bargain especially with the price tags for some discs/boxsets at present.

How much do you want to pay for it? 20? 40? 60?

we seen boxsets released, people rush to buy on the day and then find months later that they are now cheaper to buy.

It will reach 40-50 quid soon enough, just wait for it.

maybe too late to get but would be nice to get some new commentaries for some of the blu rays.
some of them are just pieced together from cast/crew interviews.

how about fan yak tracks similar to 'spaced' or getting connery, dalton and lazenby for their films?

Yep, I can hear Connery's audio now...

'I slapped her across the face, then that one, then her, made a lame punch line there, hit her across the face, was horrifly over rated in that one and then gave her a smack....'

and they need to do something about TSWLM soundtrack.
its obviously not surround sound in its SE 5.1 or UE DTS track.

real shame that we are not getting the intended QoS UE, which would have featured a yak track from marc forster and a deleted alt ending with mr white.

I was hoping they would give us a decent film and worthy follow up to CR, rather than the overblown incoherent mess that we actually got. But we can't have everything.

I quite liked QoS, but it is quite a detached Bond film. My only gripe with CR is that godawful scene with Mathis explaining to the audience how poker works.

when the other bonds like TSWLM, OHMSS, GE and TLD come out as singles then i will buy them.
the boxset looks less tempting now.

Here's a picture of the packaging for the Blu Ray set...no individual cases..with a bare bones Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace, this looks less worth buying all the time.

I quite like it. Individual cases are a waste of packaging.

Me too. It's always annoyed me that CR '67 and Never Say Never Again were the only extra-free dvd releases, given that they're the two Bond films with the most troubled and interesting production histories.

But the BBFC passed it without cuts in 2006...

No, it was cut but by the studio before submitting it to the BBFC. They re-edited the torture scene for the UK version so as not to linger too much on the weapon (the rope) or Bond's anguished face. This means that the final version the BBFC saw for classification didn't need any cuts.......

It has actually been re-classified 15 with the scene intact- click but it states it's an 'extended version' with 'additional material in torture scene'.

US release of previous bond blu rays with new covers-

http://www.mi6-hq.com/sections/articles/collecting_bluray_fox_2012_individual.php3?s=collecting&id=03250

they should stick to covers based on each movie poster for the box set.
but that would means paying royalties to the original 007 movie posters artists like bob peak.
