Can anyone here recommend some intelligent foreign thriller films which aren't action-packed or stupid? No horror/fantasy please.

Some intelligent foreign thrillers that I've seen include:

* Anthony Zimmer
* Cache
* Funny Games
* Infernal Affairs
* Les Diaboliques
* The Lives of Others
* Oldboy
* Plein Soleil
* Tell No One
* The Vanishing

Can anyone else recommend some intelligent non-horror/fantasy foreign thriller films?
