There's an article about them on Wikipedia, which explains them far better than I could. Basically, they're westerns made by Italian producers and directors outside of America. The best known are A Fistful Of Dollars, For A Few Dollars More and The Good The Bad And The Ugly.

Guess that only leaves plays, then. Recently rewatched Who's Afraid Of Virginia Wolfe? and it's great, so I'll choose that for now.
